UPDATE: I left a comment on one of their IG posts letting them know their customer service is awful which they deleted and then blocked me! LOL Yikes! Here is a pic of the comment for the internet's sake since they can't delete google reviews... ANOTHER UPDATE: Can't respond to the owners performative 'apology' because I'm still blocked. How are you 'striving for exceptional service' by not even acknowledging a fellow human in your store? Again totally performative, still didn't apologize for 'why I feel this way' LOL...I may have believed it if they had actually responded this way to my original comment, not the public complain that they can't delete. Again, horrible. Don't waste your time with these rude people."
