"I visited the Delray store last Saturday & had a very different experience from previous visits. I usually love shopping here. The sales personnel have gone out of their way to be helpful & being many choices to the dressing room for my perusal. This time I had Ruth who unfortunately brought me 1 item & then pretty much forgot that I was there. I had to dress, look for items myself & return to the dressing room to try on. I saw her again & asked if she could find me some other items but she did not bother. I just got dressed & left. One of the things I liked about this store was the Customer Service I received but on this day, it was lacking.Needless to say, I became discouraged & left the store. Hopefully, this will not happen the next time I come in. Thank you, Nadine Alterman"
"I have shopped there since I have moved here over a year ago. I love Ruth! She is a doll.... But Paula... I don't know who she thinks she is but she treated me like a POS. All she cares about is the sale. I wanted to exchange a pair of pants for a different size, I even said, "merchandise credit" instead of a refund and she said no, I missed the return policy by ONE day, NO exceptions...really? I will be calling customer service. I hope to never see Paula again... I will go to the WHBM in Boca before I ever give her my business again. And sadly, I was also there to buy 2 blouses and a Dress. She missed out. Customer Service is everything, she should take note."

Also I love the selection you have beautiful clothes and I always seem to get a great sale. I was in the store todayAnd was helped by Joan and Paula. I left the store with more than I intended intended but I am so excited I can’t wait to wear the beautiful clothes. "I have always loved White House Black Market & have been a member for many many years maybe close to 20 now. Hugely disappointed in this store in particular. No one assisted me. I walked around for many minutes. Not the experience I am used to. Smug, snobby employees."
