I went into another brand's store (a 'general market' fashion retailer I won't name) on the same day and I was actually passed over by one associate, only to have another associate take over. I don't feel that would ever happen here. It's a warm environment with excellent clothes and service."

I easily found several pieces that were good quality and comfortable. The associate who assisted me understood my time crunch and exactly what I was looking for, and he went out of his way to assist by bringing things of different styles and colors in my size to the dressing room so I could try them.i will be back."
