"horrible quality at a rip off price. i bought a pair of shorts from them a few weeks ago, and they are already falling apart. i tried returning the shorts without receipt, true, but most vendors can just lookup the transaction and match it to the card that paid so I think they were lying to me, as I have never had this issue before when not having a receipt. Save your money and shop elsewhere."

"Just had the most horrible experience ever in a Tommy Bahama. Megan told us the flip reward we were given at another store was deactivated because we didn’t deserve it. We spend a lot of money at Tommy Bahama throughout the year and we have never been treated like this and shamed. Gonna be a long time before we go back."

"Staff followed my two year old daughter around like she was going to steal something, even though I never left her side. Never once asked to help my husband who ended up buying several shirts. A staff member also felt it her place to criticize a toddler for sitting on the floor, out of everyone’s way because I’m super anxious about inconveniencing other people. We were heading to the car and she had been playing with other children across the street so she was just exhausted and I was about to pick her up anyway. Not sure why people feel they have any business judging mothers when their kid isn’t doing anything wrong. Will not step foot in this store again."
