"The exact things I bought in their store, were actually priced less on the Klifa website! But I was on vacation and didn't realize it until 2 days later when I arrived home and l had time to explore the wonderful designer! Go to the Klifa website first/wait for his sales!!!! This store probably has fallen on hard times due to Covid, however, that is NOT the reason to be uncharging!!"
"Discrepancy in price. Kelly stated she would refund my account for the difference. The bag was marked $175. On the website, it was $165. I was charged $185. When the refund didn't appear I emailed customer service. I received 5 words back, "The correct price is $185". After I emailed and called many times - no response. I ordered a sweater, they sent the WRONG size. The sales person stated customer service would send a label. Never received. Sent the sweater back anyway. Let's see if they credit my account. BTW, the Naples store doesn't even answer the phone just like customer service doesn't either. Yeah, no. They didn't refund my money, they sent another sweater! It's going back again. They better refund my money or I will be on the phone with American Express pronto. Their phone is still not working. THESE PEOPLE ARE HARD UP FOR MONEY!"
