"I usually go to the Windsor in naples but the one at coconut was close this time, and I regret going, the manager Ava or Eva was very rude, made my bf and my self feel uncomfortable, I was returning a dress and she kept rolling her eyes and breathing hard, acting all frustrated and the other girl name Karen was not dress appropriately for the place/job, she was very rude when guiding where the fitting room was and closed the door very rudely after showing. They did not seem too happy working there, at the end I couldn’t do the return so I exchange for some new outfits, which I was very satisfied with but the customer service was terrible specially the manager, there was no manners, I’m not sure why she is the manager. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DAY RUINED WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ."
