"Store is clean they do not have a good selection of men's shoes . I did buy a pair of jordans the sticker said 10 I wear a 91/2 sometimes 10 when I got home they were to big after examining the shoes I found out that the Nike tag in the end so sad that they were 10 1/2 and not 10 like the sticker they put on it I paid cash for the shoes I took them back 8 days after I had bought them with cash when I went into the store to return them there was no issue with the shoes their selves they were never warned they would never touch the ground and my feet never walked in them just tried them on I gave the lady the shoes and I gave her my receipt that stated that I paid cash she didn't look at me and tried to tell me that she can only give me store credit I said give me the shoes back I will just sell them online and maybe make a little profit she refused to give me the shoes back in kept insisting that I had to take a store credit while I was sitting there waiting while she was calling the manager I was reading the map by the register and the man had the return rules on it the return rules were however you paid for the merchandise is how you would be reimbursed I had to literally argue and put my foot down and be Stern and kind of mean just to get my cash back for shoes that were clearly their fault as they mark them tens when they were 10 1/2 just to get my cash back I would not suggest anyone going to the store and getting something without making 100% sure it is what they want and need because if you have to return something you are going to have to debate and argue about it until you get your way"

"First employee looked like they had a hard time counting money for change to give. Second when we arrived home we found out that the employee was too lazy to remove the security tags from items purchased. So instead of driving for an hour to have them remove it I decided to remove by myself."

"Spent 1/2 hour picking out shorts and pants. I go to the dressing room. It’s closed! I ask the employees how am I supposed to try these on? Their response was to buy it and bring it back if it doesn’t fit. I have to tell you- it’s extremely disappointing and a waste of time. Burlington Ft. Myers Gulf Coast Town Center."

"Good place for clothes, shoes, homeware, and bags. Lots of great prices and the store is well organized and clean. The staff are friendly and there are lots of free parking. It is also located in the Gulf Coast Town Center close to other shops and restaurants."
