"Had an ad in the paper for some jewelry, went to the store and was told I had to order online to be able to get it shipped to the store, I said that’s not what the ad said, anyway I left without buying anything"

"I bought a dress on-line and returned it to the store with tags, receipt and within the time line for returns. It's been 13 days since that return, no credit to my credit card. I have called a total of 5 times requesting my money. Yesterday I received a check from Macy's ONLY to be used for in-store purchases. Why??!!! Of course i called again and apparently its because i ordered on-line and returned in store. EVERY other retail store takes in store returns from on-line purchases. I will NEVER buy from Macy's again. There are too many other options to have to deal with their nonsense policies."

"You will not believe this! This is SO messed up. Went to buy an aquamarine ring. Went home and inspected it more closely under a magnifying glass, found scratches and gouges in the stone. Returned it. The lady said they would send it back to the vendor as a damaged item. That was about a week ago. I just went back, saw the same ring. Asked to see it and asked for a lupe (magnifying glass). SAME SCRATCHES, SAME GOUGES!!! They are reselling it! When I told the sales rep, she told me quote "You can get the $5k one, that one doesn't have any". So you knew? F Macy's! We had the most amazing experience at JCPenny with Lora, bought two beautiful rings for a great deal and they have a much better protection plan as well."

"Clean, organized and associates were friendly. Found a few good deals in the handbags and home accessories departments. New merchandise has arrived and it will be fun to go back and shop. Today I was running out of time but will be back soon!"
