"Mrs. Laurie, is doing great job managing the Edison Mall in Fort Meyers Florida. The operations manager the security manager goes to great lengths to make sure that each store big or small are able to maintain a safe environment for each and every guest that visits the mall. Fort Meyers is a great place to visit with its approximaty to other vacation destinations around South Florida. This Mall is booming commercial shopping mall with good choices around the Food Court and small vendors throughout the mall. Macy's has 2 large facilities to offer a wide variety of services. Dillard's presents with the line of great quality and value. The city transit runs through a well lit and maintained terminal on the property. Great place for the entire family to shop."

"No staff in store, had to return two things because one pair of pants had an issue the day after I bought them and the other item was dry clean only. I didn’t realize when I bought so I went home and took off the tags. I was excited to wear these things as they looked great, but decided to return. It was over $260 of nice clothes that I shouldn’t have to fix and should be happy with. The lady was so rude and kept saying that I shouldn’t have taken the tags off if I was going to return. I explained why but that was met with, “I know you wore this.” Yes, I did wear it, in the dressing room and when I got home. She must have said that 6 times. It was uncomfortable and I’m not going to sew clothes together after having them for one day. I was going to exchange the pants but I couldn’t find them in the store, and when I said that I was thinking of exchanging the pants, she didn’t offer to get me the same ones or do the exchange instead. She just said she wouldn’t return things again. It was ridiculous. POOR customer service. I’ve never written one of these before but I am because of how stupid and unnecessary her response was."
