"Management needs to visit this store me and my husband went to this location tonight to get me some work clothes and there was only 1 cashier with 20 people in line and then some other lady decided to open another line but the lines were pretty long still and it was near closing time. There were 2 Cuban ladies in the back putting clothes away and they were NOT helpful at all ignored me and weren’t very nice. I didn’t get cashed out until 10pm store closing time hour, You need to have better management in this store will not be coming back to this location until this poor management issue is fixed."

"I was ecstatic when I realized there was a new Burlington near me. The items there was amazing and very beautiful. The issue came when I was checking out. I brought my cart full of items out to put into my car and once I returned to put the cart back the alarm system starts to go off (The alarms did not go off the first time I walked out). The woman next to the doors stops me and checks through my bags. She is literally rummaging and putting her hands on the items I brought with my own money. I felt like I was being treated like a shoplifter. It turns out that the cashier did not scan the electronic protected tag which caused the alarm to go off. The woman returns the item to me and did not even apologize for a mistake that happened on their behalf. I walked out embarrassed and humiliated. I understand that cashiers forget to scan electronically protected tags and it happened in the past before but the way that the woman handled the situation was just unbelievable. The woman did not have to place her hands all over my bag and literally search me like I stole something. 5 stars for Burlington being an amazing place but 1 star on how I was treated over there."
