"Sadly I paid $15 dollars for a used dress that I found at Walmart two days later for $9.99 (not sale price) for the dress NEW. Then I brought items there to sell and specifically asked if I would get cash or store credit only. I was informed “oh yes you get cash.” I went to get my money and it’s STORE CREDIT ONLY unless it’s over $25. I’m also confused how she would sell a Macy’s INC skirt that was never worn for $11.85 (my cut was only $4.75) when a used Walmart dress sells for higher than list price new."
"KristinQD & AveryOB. Thank you so much for your review. As you have been told. (I could attach your signed contract) to justify this replay. Please let me know. You never where promised a 60/40 split...Teresa is unable to change my contracts for anyone. You think your the only person to bring such large quantities of clothing, I THINK NOT! You brought in your tagged high end items that never cost you that amount ever. Your online store must be having trouble...YOU said your closing it.. Your blue Helment shirt was not going for $300 or even $100.00 online. Next time you leave a review. Make sure you tell the truth....You send your boyfriend to pick them up. It should of been you to do this. You came into my store and started making a screen (which is on camera) about your pay. all debts have been paid in full per the contract. Please reach out if you have any questions. I would meet you at the store. NO WORRIES! Teresa will make sure to attach the conversation you both had too!"
"Martha Duque your contracts had ended. You receive the email to retrieve your items. You no showed, and I Donated your items to Meals on Wheels. Give my regards to your son for reaching to apologize for your actions."
"Terrible experience consigning clothing here. Teresa agreed to take 44, mostly designer, NEW WITH TAG items to consign for me at a 60/40 split because there was so much. She later admitted she was unprepared to take in that many items. I spent hours in the store assisting with tagging and hanging all the items. My friend spent hours picking the items up. In the end, I received $99.09 for those 11 items sold.(at a 50/50 split) Her own sales sheet that she provided shows I was due $187.60. No accountability other than saying “I should have never taken in that many items but I did it for you as a favor.” Well thank you for underselling my items and not paying me what you owed me! THAT $99 was certainly not worth the time and aggravation."
