"Went to the store in Haines city looking for a pair of boots found a pair I like Dan Post boots $256.0 wore the boots approximately 10 times for about 2 hours each time the souls started coming apart so I returned to the store was told that they couldn't do an exchange cause it needs to be looked into now it's been 2 weeks without the boots the manager was extremely rude when asked to do an exchange buyer beware don't buy anything from that company terrible customer service."

"I give 1 star because of customer service. I spent 20min convincing my wife to let me buy her a $300 hat. Was about to buy it and then clothes for our 7 year old daughter when my little girl had to go to the bathroom. They told her she couldn't because it was out of order. Keep in mind only women were working in there so what do they do? Go down the road like I had to do with my daughter? I doubt it. I understand maybe not allowing all customers using theirs but a child? We were not "dirty" people either. They lost out on a $400+ sale and I will not return! As we walked out to get her to a bathroom they just said "bye" as it was no big deal they were losing any business."

"Stopped in with my brother in-law and his daughter to buy a pair of boots. The people "working" there were too busy to help her find the right size of boots. So we got back in the truck and drove to the boot store up by I4. I will never go back to this store."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I have NEVER experienced customer service as bad as Eli’s. Do NOT order from them online!! My white Resistol hat was supposed to be in new condition. I paid $180 for it. I called the store before placing the order online and I was assured that it had “minimal” dust on it from where it’s been kept in the box. Fast forward a few days later and the hat arrived in absolute terrible condition. First, it wasn’t even packaged in a shipping box. It was wrapped in kraft paper like a Christmas present and the packing tape absolutely ruined the Resistol box. It was around an hour from when I received the package to when I emailed customer service. Ashley told me their hats NEVER go out in this condition and insinuated that I had been the one to put it in that condition. She then said she would look into it and later said the girls who packaged it did so “in front of their security cameras” and that I should open up a claim with UPS since this condition must have been caused by them. Eventually Sam told my husband to send it back for a refund before hanging up on him. Online shoppers and customers in general, beware!!!"
