"Visited the store for a simple exchange (item ripped after less than 3 weeks) and dealt with an abrasive employee who made it complicated for no reason. She refused to exchange the item for a different color. after 10 minutes of fumbling with the system she issued a gift card….. and then brushed me off. Why wouldn’t you just simply exchange the item? Not great customer service here."
