"I got an Anne Klein back pack style purse for$29.99 after searching many other stores. I need this style bag as I bike almost everywhere. It has alot of space, wallet and several zipper compartments-perfect! This is my go to store year round when looking for fashionable, yet very affordable clothing, bags, boots, purses, home goods, and for cold weather items from sweaters to coats, hats and scarves. The store is HUGE, but very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There are amazing deals on name brand items. It is so nice to know I can find everything I'll need for traveling to much colder climates, even in July in Florida! They even have luggage. They have great sweets and unique items near check out too, which are great for last minute gifts."

"This a store with great bargains, no one can deny that. But why would you deny your customers access to bathroom facilities during their shopping experience. I do understand the problem with shoplifting which I assume is less than 1.0%, but are you going to deny 99% of your loyal customers the basic need to a bathroom? Come on guys."

"This store is full of different items. Really huge selection of everything from bags, shoes, dresses, t-shirts, pants and other things. Fitting rooms are open and multiple fitting rooms. Prices are excellent, clearence prices are low and good. The security welcome person today was great and we asked about the restroom, but it was closed in the store ao he told us about the nearest one and navigated us to it, very nice and appreciated action. The only disadvantage was the too long check out line, especially when only two cashier were there and the third one left to walk around the store leaving a huge line for check out."

"Someone from Corporate Please crawl out your hole and start leading your management team. This place is being operated like a joke on customers and with zero care for customers. Only two registers open. 80 people on line waiting to be rang out. 13 physical registers over 10 employees in the store why leave 11 empty. No manager will come out. To fix issues or make contact with customers to resolve issues. The employees tell customers I’m sorry sir management won’t come out. Absolutely a fail on all aspects. If it was me (I would ring out customers as a manager and take care of my customers. This is a personnel and culture issue. Jamie and Valentina save your response because it is as ineffective as your actions sitting in the back of the store in a office out of sight and out of mind!"
