"Went there this morning was very interested in purchasing but when the cashier was Very rude And was complaining about work loud enough for me to hear them both talking.while I was leaving out the store the cashier made a comment about me and the other lady laugh. The sad thing about people working for a company is they don’t understand if customers decides not to spend money at the store and decide to shop elsewhere that can reduce your hours. We are the real reason why you receive a paycheck. I wish they put new associates here. Also the restroom is always closed and never available to any customers."

"The store was somewhat clean, but organized. Store employees were not very attentive to customers. One employee stayed on her cell phone, another complained about her workload, and another fussed using expletives all while store was occupied. I'm a huge CitiTrends fan, but ths store lacks professionalism. Sorry girls."

"I went here not much in the store at all and the Palm river location employees always cant be found and dressing rooms stay locked and they wont open them so u have to buy items and keep driving back due to employees not opening the fitting rooms and the Hillsborough location has all the ghetto employees u can think of my first time in their and maybe my last need to hire more Professional looking people with better attitudes instead of hiding in the back office"

"Love the variety of clothing, and sun glasses were marked down to under $5, jeans under $20 sweaters under $10! They also have a 2 month, pay every 2 weeks lay away plan. If you're looking for new affordable clothes for yourself or your family, this place won't break the bank."

"I did not explore the whole store because I knew what I needed already. Jandi the Manager was very kind with a nice smile I had a problem, something was missing from my necklace set and she solved the issue very politely and quickly and I couldn't have been more satisfied I will be back because this is the service I admire.
