"I would love to give 5 stars due the deals I found. I haven't shopped in Rainbow for over 20 years and I actually found some very nice classy pieces, however the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I work very hard for my money and I treat everybody with respect and expect the same in return .. I'm not sure if this is the treatment because the store is located in a lower income area or if thre associates just don't care, however that needs to change and be addressed .. If an update customer service and maybe bias training could be conducted I think that would be awesome"
