"I can't express how much I appreciate Krysttnn and Sarah (location manager) providing exemplary customer service! I have been a long-time and loyal customer of Tory Burch and the brand. I had an issue come up with my sandals and even though it had been a little while since my purchase, after speaking with Sarah she made the decision to take care of me as a customer. I am so appreciative that in this day in age customer loyalty is still rewarded. Krysttnn proceeded to assist me with my exchange as well as an additional purchase and was a complete professional. "They are very comfortable sandals. I bought 3 pair but one pair started falling apart after less then a yr. Customer service was unwilling to assist. They do not support their product."
