"I have been a J Jill customer for many many years. I recently moved to the Tampa area from NJ. I used to shop at the Wall Township store weekly. I was always warmly greeted and felt welcome and unrushed. Just a few days ago I wanted to try the store here at International Mall. I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling from the staff but decided to stay anyway. I came in about 7 o'clock and proceeded to try on various things. I was being followed around by a salesperson who I felt was trying to rush me. As it got to around 7:35 this pushy salesperson started rushing me again saying that's it's almost time to go. Have to hurry up. I was never treated this way back in NJ where the girls never rushed me or would stay a few minutes while I was wrapping up my shopping. I had no idea this store in a huge mall closed at 8:00 on a Friday night. This lady just wanted me out so she could go home. She even closed and locked the door behind me at 7:45. This is unacceptable behavior for a J Jill employee and I'm not sure I will ever be back to this store again."

"Having been a JJill customer for many many years, having shopped at Wiregrass Mall when that location was opened and nothing but exemplary service prompted me to do this review. Customer Service personnel seemed to busy to offer any assistance. Lacking very much in this area…Upon checking out while waiting very patiently…cashier asked who is next? I am standing right in front of her? Did not quite understand that…Clothing not wrapped just stuffed in the bag…very wrinkled when taken out of the shopping bag..JJill at International Mall Tampa you need to do better…"

"The clothing is high quality but it is also highly priced. They occasionally offer 30% off, so I try to wait for that. I mostly buy the basics there- sweaters, tunics, leggings, and jeans. They also offer a limited selection of jewelry."
