"The store looked pretty good, the mall it was in seemed bare....losing stores and foot traffic....the store was pretty empty but still had to wait for service from the employee who was clearly on a personal call."
"Avoid ordering anything from Zumiez. I ordered 9 items for my birthday and had them sent to the store to avoid any issues and only 2 of them originally arrived. I even got a text saying my items were in store only to drive 30 minutes and find out the store associate didn't have any access to the mailbox and left empty handed. They decided to send the remaining items to my address and I still have yet to receive the last item. They are disorganized time wasters"
