"I was very surprised how unorganized this location was in comparison to other ones. It required quite some digging and straightening out of the items I was interested in. This referring to the household items section and shelves. Waiting time at the register was quite long considering there weren't many shoppers. Two stars for the fact that I found what I was looking for, but that was simply because I knew exactly what I needed as I regretted not picking it up at the Palm Harbor location the day prior. This is in an excellent location with prime parking, however the lack of cleanliness and organization will not make this my favorite Burlington to shop in, if ever again."

"I'm from VA and when we do layaway we can layaway everything except clearance items. This store only allows Shoes, clothes & toys. SMH! Then I get to the checkout counter and I was standing there for 5 or more minutes. The associate that was putting items away. She asked me was anyone at the register and I said there someone there playing with her phone. Then she took it out the case and started cleaning it. I don't want to say it's because I was black but as soon as a person of ethnicity got behind me she looked up and smiled told her to come on as I went to the other register. I'm not prejudice but I think if your at work you should be speaking ENGLISH! I feel that the managers of there stores need to enforce it!!! Customers should feel at ease while shopping. I won't visit there again!!!"

"Good stuff and good prices. They always on have one cashier on… Last time what looked like the manager just looked on at the and said meh not my problem… Morale of the story. only go if you have plenty of time to stand in line."

"A fairly stocked location. Not busy in the mornings. Shelves in some areas a little disheveled, but otherwise a good place for various gift giving ideas."

"It's nice.decent selection of a lot of eclectic things the stores new very clean employees are friendly parking lot is humongous."
