"I've wasted way too much money to take one more chance. Every denim product I've ever bought from Talbot's after one washing the seams roll and look cheap. So disappointing. I call and am told nothing can be done after it's washed. Way too expensive to buy if the quality fails after a washing. You lost a very long time loyal customer."
"This is a very small store and their sale inventory is very limited. They rarely have my size (I am tall and size small) and although the sales lady will offer to order it, it is just nice to be able to shop at a drive up brick and mortar store and actually be able to purchase and come home with something. Their regular priced merchandise is just way too expensive and not worth it."
"Been shopping here well over 35 yrs, back when we needed to wear suits for work. However, customer service screwed up 2 orders in one week, and of course, everything is sold out. I'm not happy about that one bit! Quality of clothing is excellent (in most cases), more expensive than your Macys/Dillard's, but quality/style does not compare. The old adage "you get what you pay for", has merit."
