"This is a nice shop with a good selection of unique clothes. I bought a very funky alligator hoodie for my 5 year old daughter that has an alligators head as the hood, and she loves it. I also bought a tee shirt for myself and some low costing jewelery for my wife. I thought the prices were very fair, and there was plenty to look at and choose from."

"I shop at the Celebration store a couple times out of the year and have always been greeted, and helped even when the store is packed. The owner is sweet and hard working. In April I purchased a pair of capris but was concerned about the fit and the owner told me I have 30 days to return the merchandise if I changed my mind. After reading some of the reviews I find it puzzling, because I’ve never experienced that kind of behavior in my 6-7 or more years. I guess I’ve been lucky to enter the store when the owner is present. It’s a shame about the customers that experienced bad customer service because the store is really nice and so is the owner. It’s hard to find good help these days. Hopefully they no longer work there and on your next visit you will experience the good customer service you deserve."

"Came in last Monday to get some gifts - the customer service was TERRIBLE. When we walked in, the lady in the front was on a phone conversation the entire time, cursing very loudly to her friend. Every time we had a question, she would tell her friend that she had to put them on hold, and then treated us like we interrupted her conversation. Every time we had a question, she would not help us at all and made us feel like our questions were stupid. When we finally checked our all of our items, she would hardly talk to us, just handing the receipt. She didn’t even say thank you or ANYTHING when we left. The lady made us feel very uncomfortable and was so rude the moment we walked in. It was such a shame too because the shop is very cute."
