"***EDIT 1/9 3:57pm: Went in to exchange and item that was unworn, all tags and extra buttons in place, after calling and having a store associate pull the replacement size aside for me. The shift manager “Sara” (no name tag) refused to exchange the product, but when I called the Millenia location the Manager was willing to do a courtesy exchange for me after explaining the new exchange policies, but unfortunately does not have the size in any color. Express is the only store I shop at, but I can tell you that going forward, I will not be shopping here. This is not how you treat customers who are paying almost $100 per clothing item. This experience is not reflective of the experience below. *********** Assistant store manager is amazing, she needs a raise. Store staff is friendly. On a few occasions the ASM has gone above and beyond to help me."

"Went to express for the first time ever to purchase a suit . The customer service an quality of care, concern an help I received from employee Vanely was phenomenal..she truly went above an beyond to help me find a suit (hints: pants ) that would fit my short self ..she never gave up for I wanted to rather quickly an needless to say I actually ended up purchasing a complete look to include the shirt… employee Vanely was so sweet, very attentive and patient lol …she was a blessing to be there in the store that day because I’d actually go back to express now to look around for other things .Thank you again"

"The only men's clothing store open after 6 on Thanksgiving eve. Needed a new casual dress shirt for tomorrow. No sales happening here. I had to approach a young woman restocking shelves to receive some basic information about the store. I was informed that everything in the store was 50% off. I paid $80 for 2 short sleeve, silk dress shirts. Not too sure they would have sold at the original price of $160. I stood in line at the 3 registers, while the girl at the center read today's sales statistics. Not so great if they only sold the equivalent of 22 of the shirts I'd purchased in a 10 hour day."
