"My wife went in to look around. The clerk didn’t acknowledge her. She found something she wanted to try if they had her size. She waited while she finished with another couple. They didn’t have her size. The other couple waited around and she drooled over them, and told them to be sure to come back. My wife walked out right behind them and she said nothing to her. Very poor customer relations. She has bought things there before and has had very polite clerks. She won’t be back!"

"Saturday, January 18, 2020 - My friend thought it’d be a good time to go in and browse as she noticed the store wasn’t very busy. In fact, she stated she had come down that night (car show), just to visit this place. Upon entering the store. There were no other customers shopping at the time. She browsed, but the retailer never came over to ask her if she needed assistance or if she was looking for anything specific. Please pay attention because this is where things went off the rails. Two Caucasian ladies came into the store approximately 10 minutes later. The retailer made a grand appearance of smiles, teeth and greetings. While TOTALLY ignoring the fact that my friend had been browsing patiently will waiting for assistance that never came. She immediately left the store and vowed NEVER to return to this shop as it was made clear that her time, patience and money was not valued. Now, people will read this and say ... “that has never happened too me there!” Maybe it didn’t, but it happened to my friend and she was not very pleased with being treated this way. Since, we often come to downtown Winter Garden. We have experiences with friendly versus none friendly businesses. The Boutique on Plant is off limits to everyone I know until they decide they will honorably treat ALL people fair."

"Always nice to shop here. Beautiful clothes and the owners are super nice. They are always willing to help you find the perfect outfit for the occasion. They have the cutest casual lines and elegant dresses and pant sets for more formal occasions as well."

"Jodie was so friendly and knowledgeable today in helping me find a dress for an upcoming family wedding. I love the selection every time I go here. I only shop when I have a specific event for which I need a new piece. In the past 2 years this store has become my go to because without fail they always have something unique that makes me feel fabulous and isn't insanely expensive. I always walk out the door smiling having enjoyed the experience too which says a lot considering how much I loath shopping. So hats off to The Boutique on Plant, thanks for making my day!"

"I love this store! In addition to the opportunity to support a small, locally-owned business, "The Boutique On Plant" has items you can't find in the chain department stores. I can't count the number of birthday and Christmas presents, apparel and jewelry in particular, I've bought for the women in my life there. The clerks are very helpful and accommodating, and the selection is great. Shopping can be a pain for guys, but every time I leave there having found yet another item that I know the recipient will love, I give a sigh of relief, and feel like: #problemsolved!"
