"They do not honor the prices marked on the items. The sign says shoes $7 each for 2 pairs. The store manager said they are $10 each and we argued back and forth she said “it’s not my store. I can’t do anything about it “ they are not friendly and no customer service."

"I thought I’d really found a great store but.. took 15 mins (only me at register)to be checked out and when asked about return policy- told all tags had to be in tacked. One item didn’t and it was rang up without a tag. Someone caught it and one put on. 2 days later I wanted to return 2 and exchange another for a different size. I had to give blood to get my return and again it took 20 minutes to do it. I’ve NEVER had to give address and Tel no to exchange. Told them it’s private and was told if you want your money back you have to complete this. It was a charge so why do they need the info? She said I’ll get a call within a week to see if it’s me who returned it. I believe this is how they get info to sell your information. I left the store and will NOT be going back. Beware if I find you sold my information!!!!!"

"You know, all things considered, I love that Rainbow Shops has a presence in our Leesburg mall. I have shopped Rainbow many a time and find myself having to resist more often the urge to buy one of their floral dresses! For a senior on a fixed income, this is my kind of store. You can get a lot of style at a most reasonable price! And, often you will be surprised at the great selection."

"To who may concern, I’m an ex employee of rainbow store 124 district 133. The actual store manager of that store India don’t care about the store. She it’s always late, she always close the gate one hour before, that store it’s really slow and she takes more than two weeks to make one section of the store. India and two others sales always left them trash over the table. I have pictures (more than the ones that I put here) that prove that they never recover the store. Also, the district manager Ann Steedley know about everything because I send her pictures of go backs and the mess in the floor and she just said that India is making her best. They don’t care about the employees. I’ll never had a problem with the ex store manager before. She it’s always late doing the schedule and she never want to use her car to go to the bank because she smoke and sometimes she takes an hour of lunch or clock in and sitting on the back and eat. I really like the job but I don’t like the treatment and everybody wants to leave… someone bigger than Ann haves to go over that store. She don’t respect the schedule or position. She don’t want manager to do the busters hp when we receive them. And a lot more… thanks"
