"Nice place. Never had an issue but 1 time when I arrived at opening and the lights turned on and the door was unlocked.. as I walked in I was yelled at that they were not open yet for another min and to leave. NOT COOL."

"When they say their open till 11pm on December 18-23rd don’t believe them! They close doors at 10pm and watch you stand and knock on the door got 15+ minutes. They look right at me, and walked away 2 different times. We had 5 people outside honking horns, knocking and being ignored when the sign on the door said open till 11pm. It was only 10:02pm. Drove down the road to another location and had no issue. I know 4 of us will be calling corporate and complaining. VERY RUDE."
"First of all I asked a question about pricing then once the associate saw that what I requested was right she feels led to tell others that I don’t need to get rude she doesn’t have to serve me . First off I was not rude I asked a question once you saw that my question was valid instead of saying OK let me go correct this for you no that did not happen you turn around and slap it is it a what you need to buy three of those for $11 OK I think that’s when you turn around walk off and start talking to other customers now no I am not Ignorant nor will I be treated that way . I was raised with politeness and etiquette something that obviously when you were selecting employees for this store needs to be further looked upon because not every person of my age category is going to take someone of that age category speaking in that manner .There is no sense for the attitude that is displayed it just to ask someone in that store to take an ounce out of their time and to do their job how do I do with a smile and be happy to do it and to help somebody."
"Friendly staff, but building and parking lot are disasters; parking lot looks like a tornado just moved through (trash, including beer cans, scattered everywhere), store is extremely cluttered with little sign of organization, and floors are dirty. I don't expect much from discount stores, but this particular store is an abomination! I increased my rating to 2-stars for pleasant staff and competitive pricing."
