"I am going to Rate this location 1 star. I have never in my life got treated so poorly, I found a dress hanging up, As i was looking at it, a sale Associate came up to me and said can I help you with something? I said yes I would love to try this dress on, but it was a mess, it had snags and the strings of thread was coming out of the dress everywhere. Remind you it was 160.00. I tried it on bc I loved the dress. I fell in love with it, I sent pictures to my husband bc I am on vacation. He is always my go to when I buy dresses. Which is very very very often. Now I have shopped at White House Black Market several times! In my hometown, Ok back to the dress.! I asked her, if I just take the dress “as is”and take 10% off I would take it. She said no we don’t do that! She said we can order it online. Dresses?? I NEVER ordered my dresses online. Bc you will get them in the worse shape ever. So I said well I will buy it when I get home. She said well today is our only day that you can get 25% off, I don’t care about a sale, I am a type of a women, if I want something I spent money on it. I told her no thanks I am calling my husband to see if he would run to that store and pick up the dress for me. ( in our hometown ). Needles to say, I walked out of that store with no dress, but if you rather have another store get your sale. That’s fine with me! Oh!!! he bought the other dress and the skirt I tired on too! So needless to say that was a 400.00 + sale!! That you lost!!! All bc you couldn’t take 10% off. Ladies, note to self while you work. Just bc someone is trying on a dress in a bigger size than maybe what your used to. Doesn’t mean they don’t have money!!! That’s why when I come to Clearwater, I always shopped at the international Tampa mall. But I know for sure I will never go into your store ever again! Ohhh and next time offer a pair of shoes to try on. You offered it to the lady next to me in the dressing room. Yeah!!! I know why! Bc you thought I didn’t have money!! Well sweethearts I hate to break it to you!!!! BIG MISTAKE!!! I wasn’t using Credit cards either!! My bank account is HUGE!!! Just like Julie Roberts said in pretty women! Big mistake. Big. Huge!
