"We visited this store two years ago with a less than stellar experience. Walked by today (while out at the art expo) and decided to stop in and once again horrible customer service. Actually no customer service at all. The owner should definitely teach the young employees to greet guests, or at least acknowledge them when they enter the store. Update to response from owner below: we were the only customers at the time we entered the store. The employee seemed more concerned about what was happening on her phone."

"I moved here recently & so happy I found Sunni Spencer. I love shopping/supporting local stores & the brands, candles, and decor are amazing. The staff is very helpful & you are so lucky to have Sean fill in when needed. Sean was very helpful when we stopped in one night & told me all about the mens lines. "Hands down my favorite store to shop at. I’m not going to lie at first I was intimidated by this shop because I had had some bad experiences with luxury shops but I quickly I realized that this one was very different. I mainly shop online these days but Sunni Spencer is the one place I will make time for because of the stellar customer service and the beautiful/thoughtfully curated selection of clothes, home decor and accessories. This store is a true gem, unlike many other stores, this one feels genuine and like an escape from everything. Whether you are looking for a gift or something casual to wear or for a vacation you can find it here. You can tell that Sunni pours her heart and soul into her store and goes above in beyond in creating a genuine and beautiful environment/shopping experience. Sunni even remembered that I wrote a review over a year ago and expressed her gratitude which just goes to show how much she cares about her customers and her store. The store smells amazing thanks to the specially made candles and diffusers. I purchased a couple of Sunni’s diffusers and candles for my home and it makes me happy every time I smell it. I’ve bought several gifts for friends and family from here including gifts for my husband and they have all been such hits! Admittedly I’m pretty shy but I feel right at home at Sunni Spencer’s since Sunni has taken the time to get to know me and treat me with such kindness as well as her whole team. I feel like it’s few and far between these days that you can go into a shop and they remember you. I always enter and leave feeling like and VIP as well as happy."

"My favorite store in all of Tampa! There's nothing not to love here- selection is amazing, interior is beautiful & tranquil (sends you into another dimension). It smells divine inside- scent is truly everything. I really appreciate luxury and quality, so coming to Sunni Spencer gives me exactly what I want when I need all things for vacation, a night out, or a day at the beach. She has the best loungewear brands, candles (Baobab- amazing) and diffusers! The fact that this store in located in Hyde Park is another huge plus for me- I can literally make all of my stops without having to make a trip to the mall! I will be a loyal client for life here!"
