"So, My wife and I go to shoe department to purchase the bogo 1/2 off the second pair and they don't honor what they advertise. I have never had a company not honor what they sell on their website. Your practices are horrible and even though we did purchase the shoes we needed, this will be the last time we shop at your business again. "Fair selection. Prices were comparable to other shoe stores. BUT.... We live 40 miles from the Brooksville store, where we made our purchases. As we were trying to make sure the shoes were the same size in both boxes, the employee/cashier took one pair out of our hands and confirmed they were the right size/match. When we got home, we noticed the left shoe looked much bigger than the right. Turns out one is size 9, and one is size 11. It's frustrating to have to make that drive again because the employee/cashier made the error."

"Poor customer service. This last Sunday there were two ladies working, the oldest one was complaining that someone took shoes off the display. Little did they know that was my second oldest daughter shopping. My daughter asked for help looking for those particular shoes down in aisle but they did not assist her. I'm big on the customer service and if your customer service isn't right then you will never get my business. Then they were whispering whether they should lock up this display they have as if they're worried because there was different selection of humans in their store, I don't know but I found it really offensive. I bought my granddaughter the boots she wanted anyhow but that's all they're getting from me. And my daughter did buy a pair of original Crocs and will never go back there either."
