"rainbows need to do better with jewelry, yes i know is just $7 but is the purpose and the aggravation that comes after it. this is the 3rd time i buy a one day wear jewelry and it gets knotted , tangled and i cannot untangle it. its just a waste of $ they should have plastic bags or something to avoid this. i try to unknot it and nothing helped. so annoying. hopefully they come up with something that doesn’t get it this way when put in the bag."

"Absolutely absurd to have a clothing store with closed fitting rooms. If I wanted to shop without trying my clothes on, I’d do it online. Immediately put my pile of clothes on a rack and left. Cant imagine how much in sales this store misses out on due to stupid policies."

"Worst customer service ever. Throwing things around seems like she don’t like her job. So I guess ignoring customer n speaking about it is the rainbow type of customer service. Rainbow needs to do better."

"Don’t bother coming here to try on clothes, just shop online since their dressing room is never open. I’ve made two separate trips here within a couple of months of each other and both times the workers have clothing racks blocking the dressing room. If I wanted to buy clothes without trying them on I would shop online………… Thankfully I didn’t take the cashiers offer of just purchasing the items and returning what doesn’t fit because most of the negative reviews are about how they give you issues when trying to return stuff. If you’re a clothing store, you should have available dressing rooms."

"Terrible customer service. If i could give 0 stars i would! The whole time i was there i saw 3 workers just chit chatting in their language and didn't ask if we needed help with anything. When my daughter went to pay for her stuff I ask the cashier about their return policy which she mention 7 days for returns. Of course later that night i happened to look over the receipt and it turned out to be the wrong receipt which belong to someone else. I called the next day to explain about the receipt mistake but the girl on the phone said I would not be able to return and only exchange. I told her its not my fault they gave me the wrong receipt. I feel like they almost intentionally do that to avoid returns. I suggest everyone to check their receipt and beware of this store. It seems sketchy. Most horrible experience ever!"
