"Cute store but poor customer service!! I’ve purchased multiple items from this store. Have been there many times. Most recently was Aug 18. I purchased a bracelet for $30. I wore it out of the store, finished shopping and ate dinner at a local restaurant. While heading home my bracelet broke. I maybe wore it 4hrs. I have emailed the store 3 times with ZERO reply or effort to make this right. I will not be back unless this is made right."

"My wife and I stopped by today during our first visit to the Sponge Docks. It was a great little find. My wife bought a bracelet that I think she’ll enjoy wearing as customer jewelry. The two ladies in the store were very personable and friendly. The store is a boutique store with a lot of clothing and costume jewelry options. While a lot of the stores at Sponge Docks Carey cheap made in China souvenirs, this store has cool and interesting pieces."
