"Came to Florida to be free of mask mandates, shocked that I could enter every store in the state with no issues since there is no state mandate to where a mask, why would you follow rules that do not exist yet here they force customers to wear a mask even though there was noone in the store but me and another unmasked couple, while one put it around their mouth because she wanted to buy, they other had around his neck just to appease the staff, I left without spending any money and made my purchases at competition. Now I know why they were empty, they are chasing clients away which is good, soon they will be unemployed."

"Bait and switch pricing and they ignored me while there. I recently lost a lot of weight and have to replace my whole watdrobe. I tried on a bunch of shirts, slacks and a few coats off the clearance rack since that was all that was already unwrapped. No one would speak to me while I was there. I finally took one shirt instead of the five I had to the register and he told me it wasn't a clearance shirt. And I needed to just pay full price for it. I travel for work and come here a lot and have never been ignored or treated that way. I was surprised I was treated that poorly in a brooks brothers store. I left the shirt and won't be back."

"Great place for beautiful clothing, especially for petite sizes! The staff is so helpful, and they make sure you leave satisfied with your purchases. The prices are great, compared to regular Brooks Brothers stores, but the quality remains the same. It also had a wonderful selection of styles, sizes, and patterns."
