"Was there on May 23rd, bought a pair of sandles. Realized they ran small and went back in to swap to a larger size. The girl at the register was extremely rude to me about it. I even apologized and don't know why I felt I had to. She didn't even respond. She obviously hates her job which is not my fault. She should not work retail. I'm far from being a Karen but she deserves this review."

"We purposely chose Destin as our New Year’s vacation spot, to visit your store for a Christmas gift. We were disappointed by the unfriendly staff, who took down sale signs in front of us, and were not helpful. The shirt we ended up buying was $10 cheaper online. Our Life Is Good store in Massachusetts was a much better place, overall, and I see no need to return to the Destin store. ☹️"
