"Do Not Ignore the 1 star reviews. This place will cancel emergency appointment without any warning. Inexperience staff is unfortunately useless. Go to any other location. Trust me it's can Save your pets life. Not exaggerating. Update: To the generic Banfield response to my review, I've already emailed the manager at this location. Unfortunately there is no phone number for any supervisors or managers. The only way to reach out is via email."

"Poor customer service; from lack of greeting to ridiculous wait times. They seem disorganized. You book online appointment and they call you to cancel because it was scheduled during the Vet’s lunch time (same exact excuse twice). Then, I asked to speak to the manager and again, they said the same exact thing, manager was not on site, no one in charge, only a “point of contact”. Dr. Kathryn Marie Spadaro was amazing to us and it was a shame that we had to start driving farther to another Bandfield hospital. I have been a Bandfield customer and advocate for many many years and I feel this location doesn’t display the values and experience Bandfield stands for. Hope they take reviews seriously and start working to improve."

"The staff is friendly, but unfortunately this place is a FACTORY! They book as many pets possible, the doctors don’t even talk to the pets’ family to discuss health issues, the Front desk staff are the ones that comes to us to obtain approval for charges $$, and they see you in the waiting room with not privacy or care. The office requested arrival time for procedures at 7 am and they started my dog at 2 pm, leaving her and all other pets inside cages waiting for their turn for hours… We took our dog for a dental cleaning and she ended up with 3 extractions (nobody explained reasons, cause, treatment, etc., not before, not after the surgery), but they had the time to call us during the procedure to get approval for extra charges $. This place only care for production not for quality… sadly."

"I’ve taken my dogs to banfield for a few years at a different location and I never had the problems I have here. They are slow at drop off and pick up. I asked to have my dogs ears cleaned which is an option on the form and at pick up it was not done however they charged me for a ear cleaning solution which was not what I needed. At a later appointment for teeth cleaning they called to let me know one of my dogs would need extractions however I missed the call. I called back less than 20 minutes later and was told they woke up the dog and I would have to pay for an additional cleaning to get it done. Why not have consent at the beginning of sedation to have extractions? Now Im forced to pay for an additional cleaning out of pocket. Terrible customer service go to another location."
