"My best friend of almost 13 years died suddenly at about 8 o'clock on a Monday night. A Better Care responded immediately to my call. Leon was kind and compassionate and understood myself and my family where going through a terrible situation. His staff was out within the hour to pick up my Doberman.I had him cremated and he was returned to me a couple days later in a beautiful urn.Leon called several times and let me know what was going on.Thank you for helping in a time of great need and making things just a little better. I was distraught and Leon was so amazing , he answered every question I had, reassured me of the care process. When the time came and Tuxedo passed I called him super late to let them know.
