"This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a vet appointment or emergency visit. Not only is this facility brand new and state-of-the-art, the staff is so kind. I had to bring my 8 year old whippet, Sheldon, in for an emergency visit after he got into food that contained raisins while we were out (highly toxic to dogs). The young women at the front desk greeted us kindly and were very empathetic. The vet tech saw us almost immediately and was patient and gentle with us. Sheldon's doctor was professional, thorough in explanation and very transparent with treatment and pricing. Sheldon is recovering now and I am so grateful. It's comforting to know that I have a vet service in Fort Myers that I can rely on now moving forward! Sheldon says thank you!"

"Took my kitty twice the last two weeks - once on New Year’s Eve and another a few days later in the middle of the night. Really clean facility and appreciate them being open 24 hours. They were also efficient and didn’t have us waiting. A big thing is that they kept calling to check on my cat and welcomed all questions I had, unlike some other vet places I’ve been before. It’s definitely not cheap but you get what you pay for and I would trust them with my fur babies"

"At almost 15 years old, my husband and I had made the toughest decision to put our cat down. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do or go through. He was having all kinds of issues as animals do when they get older and we couldn't watch him suffer anymore. All the things he loved to do, he no longer cared for.
