"I came here for the first time on a very sad day. The day I had to put my first dog down. Everyone that worked there was beyond kind and understanding of such a heartbreaking moment in my life. They were kind and passionate in explaining the procedure, as well as allowing me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. Which, I'll be honest, I took my time, it was so hard to leave that room. When his ashes came back it was in the most beautiful packaging, in a hand carved wooden box. Such a beautiful sentiment to losing such an important part of my life. Thank you for being so kind on one of my worst days, your kindness will live with me forever."
