My sweet, loving, 8 year old red lab, Howie passed away at home due to an inoperable brain tumor. Cheryl and her team showed up promptly in great time of need and helped to make the absolute worst day of my life a bit easier. I honestly have never encountered a more compassionate team. My dog was my child and my heart was (and still is) broken into two that night, but Vet Care Express was amazing. Cheryl even delivered my baby's ashes back to our home. She understood how hard of a time I was having and agreed to deliver them when I was ready-no rush through the entire process.
