"I recently had surgery and being unable to chase after my 5 month old Frenchie named FRECKLES or get her to listen. I went in search for help. Upon arriving at “The Loyal Paws” I knew instantly I found the right place. Eric immediately had Freckles attention and spent time explaining his process to me. Beautiful 2.5 acres for dogs to play and learn, kennels for dogs of all sizes. I couldn’t resist petting the other dogs he was training/boarding. I immediately signed her up and cried leaving her behind . Eric kept me up to date with her progress and I was excited to see the change. On picking her up the entire family came to say goodbye. I was so excited and I was definitely not disappointed. She came on command, heeled, went to place. I am so happy and with Eric’s guidance I will continue the training he instilled. "Bought a lab puppy ready to go home 12/23. Upon first meeting the puppy in November we discussed plans of pickup on Christmas Eve/Christmas morning to surprise our kids. The breeder agreed with this pickup timing and even said they would be down in Pinellas county (we live in Tarpon Springs) on Christmas morning so a delivery would be convenient. No delivery fee was mentioned, we put down a deposit for the puppy and a contract regarding price was signed. On 12/17 I had not heard from them and was trying to plan my children’s Christmas so I messaged asking if we could coordinate Christmas Eve delivery at the hospital I work at in Hudson. I got a vague reply that a message regarding pickups and deliveries would be coming soon. On 12/20 (leaving little time to plan or save money) we received a message that Christmas Eve and Christmas deliveries were a $250 fee. They refused to offer pickup on either 12/24 or 12/25. I ended up picking her up 12/23 and paying for holiday boarding for a day which was cheaper than the ridiculous delivery fee which should have been mentioned up front. In addition, I paid $2k for a puppy that the vet said doesn’t actually have a microchip as promised (the breeder couldn’t find his microchip scanner upon pickup…), had bilateral ear infections and a runny nose. Honestly my puppy from Loyal Paws is beautiful so she makes it all worth it in the end but I wanted to share my experience."
