"First time going, will NEVER take my pet there again! Forced to prepay for a visit, then on day of appt, we were the ONLY person there but still waited over 30 minutes to be called by tech. Tech was nice but talked way too much. I had to ask her if we’d be much longer, she said doc would be right it. After a total of 45 minutes still waiting, my poor little dog was so scared & anxiety ridden that we had to leave! I told the girl up front we were done waiting & we were leaving. I also told her I’d be calling my credit card company for a full refund! About an hour later, I get a call from them saying they’re gonna refund $50, not the $70 I prepaid, because they “need to pay their tech” lol!! But I didn’t pay to see a tech! She tried to tell me the doc was doing an operation on another pet & had just taken off her gloves & was on her way in to us when we left…. That I had “just missed her”! Hmmm, nope… that’s nonsense because I SAW the Doc sitting on her cell phone, chatting it up, when we passed through to our room. She simply didn’t care if a paying customer was waiting on her for 45 minutes already, she was gonna get there in her own time. The woman who called me after we left was quite rude, disrespectful, & just arrogant really! I was just so shocked back by her tone, caring NOTHING at all about the patient! Exam room was dirty, dingy, & outdated but more importantly, there’s nothing worse than a doctor who truly believes their time is WAY more important than your own time! Pathetic service, argument to get your money back in full, and an attitude that screams “We don’t care about your experience”!! If you like dark & dingy offices, rude staff, doc who’s time is more important than yours, and prepaying for a service you don’t get…. Then this place is perfect for you!! I should have read the reviews first! They aren’t so good at all in the recent months! Good luck!"

"It is against this company's policy to give advice over the phone on how much to feed animals and what to do if an animal is being to aggressive. I will not come here for any reason. Also the first time I called I was told I'd get a call back which I never did. So I called again in a week and got my answer."
