"Had a pretty bad experience. Submitted an application for a dog adoption and received zero update for multiple weeks. Tried to call numerous times to no answer. Eventually, I went in during my lunch break to find that my application had been misplaced, and the dog was adopted out to someone else who applied after me. I am very disappointed, and I will be going through other shelters moving forward."
