"Called to inquire about a service for my pet. First call- I was first immediately placed on hold Second call- Thrown on hold a second time without even waiting for me to say “hello” Third call- Receptionist hung up Fourth call- a young woman answered and said “she is going to look into it” and placed on hold again for 13 minutes only to be picked up by a gentleman that didn’t even know what the question was who finally gave an answer. This is disappointing having to wait so long for an answer. The receptionist sets the tone for appointments and for this experience I’m not interested in services here. I wish you all the best"
"Dr. Henriquez is the best veterinarian. She has taken care of my two small dogs for years and her dad also cared for my dogs and cats when I was a kid. Great person and outstanding vet. I trust her with my little Joey and Toby!!"
