"Dr. Chen is hands-down the best eye doctor I've ever been to. I've gone to him for years, though at his Sunset location previously. Exceptionally knowledgeable and personable, I will never trust my eyes to another (unless he ever retires, of course). And his staff- all friendly, all welcoming. All in all, just an amazing experience (as eye exams go). I like the office so much that when I thought they didn't take my new insurance, I didn't care. He was worth paying for. Fortunately, because, again, his staff is awesome, they figured out my insurance is accepted, so yay."

"Wow... where to begin? If I could give 6 stars I would. Dr. Chen and his team were outstanding and extremely welcoming. Every time I go to the doctor I wait hours on end, but here I was seen as soon as I walked through the door! You won't find another practice as fantastic as this one. Aside from that, the variety of frames available was so vast, I just couldn't choose! Thankfully, Gillian was there and she has amazing taste in fitting you with the perfect frame. She recommended me the most beautiful Tiffany frame. Sending all my friends and family to get glasses too!"

"The eye care doctor is awesome and took care well of my case. Reason for 2 stars is mainly because at the time of chosing my frame, I picked one which I really liked, but since the frame was not assigned to my insurance provider, the staff could not give me those. I thought the customer satisfaction would have come always first!"
