"The new girls in the front desk are very friendly & approachable. The medical assistant for Dr. Montero, is always very kind & friendly with my kids. Which is a great thing because that makes us feel very comfortable as parents. & lastly Dr. Montero , is always a pleasure seeing him, very professional , kind & great with kids. Both of my daughters have been patients of him & have been coming here since they were newborns, and we wouldn’t trade him or his office staff for anything!"

"This place is abysmal. They made me leave my newborn’s car seat and stroller outside in the waiting area because of “Covid rules” and made me carry my newborn for 25 minutes while they all talked about another patient with me in the room and watched me struggle while they looked on in disdain. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for his 2 month appointment where they sent me off to get his shots at a Florida Dept of Health location for some unknown reason. I called and complained about this (as a 2 month old baby SHOULD be able to get his shots that my insurance pays for at his designated doctors office) and an “office manager” called me to explain this was standard procedure. This is a lie, they just didn’t want to give him the shots there. I moved and for my baby’s 4 months I changed my appointment to a different location WITH THE SAME MEDICAL GROUP and he got his shots without any problems. Avoid this place, they don’t care about you or your children. They just care about making up ridiculous “rules” to make their life easier. If you absolutely must go to a community medical group location, go elsewhere unless you like being inconvenienced for no reason."
