"The only reason they got 2 stars is because the girls in the front are excellent.. I went to get an open m.r.i the tech didn't speak any english.. He tried to convince me to do the close m.r.i but do to my anxiety im unable.. He even said i had a problem and laughed.. When the doctor received the image from my test. He said it was the worst images he had seen in a long time. After the m.r.i i was very stressed close to an anxiety attack. I asked the tech for some water. He just said get your stuff together and leave. I have more appointments. Like i said at the begining they only got 2 stars because of the front desk staff. Their clinical staff is trash.. Unfortunately this place is what you expect from Hialeah."

"My first experience here was good but the second was horrible. After arriving and giving all information we were told to sit that we would be called. Well we sat for over an hour and a half and waited . Mind you there was no one else waiting this whole time. I go up to ask how much longer until I would be called in. The lady responded very rudely that he went to lunch. Her response and her body language was uncalled for. Don't think I will be using them again. Looks like the employees need to be reeducated on how to treat and interact with their patients"
