"Dr. Prissilla Issa is an excellent OD. She creates great rapport, as well as her staff. She was very thorough looking at my eyes. The problem is, they don't give you any written paper work as to what the diagnosis actually is. After a 2-hour appointment I can't tell my primary doc what they found, they did an eye exam, and they wouldn't give me the report of what my prescription is either. So, while they know something, they leave the patient without any useful information to use which seems bizarre."
