"Wonderful staff and facility. Best experience you could ask for for your children. Exceptional quality in care and treatment. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist were phenomenal!"
"everytime we visit they are so patient and thorough! my babies always get excited to get pictures of their teeth, as they call it. and playing games our a movie while they wait. and the balloons and prizes at the end they love! they really care about the kids here! we have never used anyone else, we love it there!"
"It saddens me to give such a bad review because this office used to be so awesome. The doctor is absolutely amazing. If she ever leaves, I would follow her to to the new office. I had a horrible encounter with one of the office staff about a surprise bill for Almost $300. I was told that my insurance didn’t cover it because I went over my limit. Mind you, they print out potential cost for the visit that have to sign and the cost was $0. I felt like the kindness light switch went off as soon as money was owed. The lady on the line became rude and demanding. I asked her why wasn’t I made aware that I reached my limit? She gave a rude reply then asked how would I like to pay. I asked to use my secondary insurance, she refused because it wasn’t presented at the time of service. I am one to pay my debt so I asked her if I could make payments as this was an unexpected expense during the holidays. I said that I would make $100 payments and canceled my extra cleaning that I would have been paying $80 out of pocket for ( my child has braces so I pay for two extra cleanings a year so that she has a cleaning every 3 months) the lady throws to pressure me by staying that they could only take half the payment now. I told her that all I can pay is $100. She said that they will have to keep my credit card on file. I refused stating that I never give my credit card to business to keep on file (especially the the ones who have surprise charges). She finally accepted my $100 payment without keeping my credit card on file then said that I can’t make any appointments until I pay it off. I said ok. I will be paying it off. I have no hard feelings. As a hard working person, I refuse to spend my hard earned money at an establishment that doesn’t value me or my money. So I bid them farewell and I wish them the best. I will find another dental office that counts my family as a valued patron."
"Our little one had a great experience for her first ever dental appointment! The team was very kind and patient. Our daughter loved the games that she was able to play while she waited."
"I will NEVER step foot back in this pediatric dentists office. We were told our child had a cavity that needed to be filled. We booked an appt to get it taken care of, and when my mom went to take her for the procedure they held my daughter in the lobby until I left my work meeting, showed up, signed paperwork just to bring my child back without allowing me back to comfort her. I didn’t know this wasn’t a typical policy. I obliged. The front desk personnel were rude at best, very short, not patient or empathetic. To make matters worse, after a long time, they inform me they can’t perform the filling, because she wouldn’t sit still and without informing me, strapped my child down to the chair which I found out later from my 5 year old. I was sick as she was crying at night telling me how scared she was and how all she wanted was mommy. She told me she never wants to go to that dentist again, and she will not. She came out of the room sobbing, disoriented, and the procedure was not performed. I then got home and my normally calm child was screaming, sobbing, shaking, kicking. I will say, when I called to follow up and asked to speak with the dentist, she got on the phone and was considerate and kind talking to me about how to get food into her system to calm her. I understand not every experience will be as traumatic and terrible as this one, but I have heard a few friends say they left this practice for similar reasons. Just know that other dentists in this area do allow a parent back for procedures. I wish I knew this and could have saved my child from this traumatic experience. I hope nobody else has this sort of experience and that it is uncommon. I wanted to provide feedback as I know I like to be informed when my business is lacking in communication, empathy, and general professionalism."
