"I got glasses from this place and I know I ordered transition glasses, I went to get them and it was sunglasses which I didn’t ask for. Now I have to pay $65 out of my pocket for something they should have charged me or told me from before."

"This was my first visit to Myeyedr in Poinciana. The staff in this location was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Husna Sayeed was very knowledgeable and so attentive to my issues with my eyes. She did not rush through my exam like other doctors do. Dr. Husna Sayeed had such a wonderful and friendly bedside manner which will make me continue to come to her for my eye care needs. Jasmine was very helpful with my eyeglasses and contacts. I highly recommend the Myeyedr Poinciana location if you want to receive the best eye care and service."

"I came in at 5:16pm to order single vision glasses knowing they close at 6pm, I started being helped by one of the girls while the other rudely interrupted and said that I’d have to come back tomorrow to order. I myself am a certified optician & work for an eye doctor where we can NEVER tell a patient we can’t take their order no matter what time they come in even if it’s a minute before closing but that’s exactly what happen. The girl that rudely interrupted was trying to argue with me and I ended up not even wanting to look at the frames because of HER customer service. The other girl (long hair) was the sweetest I feel bad she has to sit next to the other girl all day."

"I’ve had glasses for over ten years, I know how to care for my glasses. This morning I went to clean them and one of my brand new lenses fell out, literally just fell out. I’m trying to put it back in that’s when I noticed how scratched and damaged the edges of my glasses rims are. Both sides! They weren’t like this before I had my lenses swapped out here. I’m extremely disappointed. Feeing as though we should have gone to the previous myeyedr we went to in Lakeland. We never had these issues there. I’m feeling duped and like as a customer my glasses are not being taken care of. Now I have no glasses for the weekend when I desperately need them. Not a fan of this location. **editing to add that I went to check our sons spare pair of glasses and they are also cracked around the frame. I’m supposed to bring my husbands glasses for a lenses swap out and now I’m not sure I want to.**"

"Because of their employee Michelle, who was outstanding and went above and beyond to assist me and my son, I rated them five stars. My son's glasses broke when we were here on vacation, and I was worried since I didn't know whether there was a place here or not. I looked it up on Google and there was one, and when we arrived, Michelle was so kind and inviting. We had to find a place closer for his father to pick up the frame because my son will be remaining here with his father for the remainder of the summer. We found a location that was closer and she was about to process we asked if there was a loner we can use till his frames come in. While we waited, we believed she was processing it to be picked up at an other location. I was under a lot of worry since I believed that my son would have to wait for a week with his frames shattered and unable to sit still on his face. When Michelle returned to us, she was holding the new frames, making my son ecstatic. She found the exact same ones for us so we didn’t have to go thru the whole process and wait a whole week. Knowing how anxious we were, she went out of her way to help us in the best way possible, which now because of her service our vacation is back to normal and will be great. Thank you, Michelle; you're great. P.S. Her customer service was 10/10 something we are missing now in days. P.S she deserves a promotion or a raise."
