"First, I'd like to express how wonderful the STAFF is here. Reception, Assistants and Technicians, Allergy, etc... are wonderful. This review has absolutely nothing to do with them. With that being said, going to see Dr. Mat is one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had at a doctor. Each time I've seen him he's made me feel dismissed, unheard, rejected and rushed. Instead of feeling confident and understood at the end of our appointments, I always felt anxious and more in the dark... Leaving with more questions than I came with. And not getting the opportunity to even ask them before he'd rush out of the room. One Friday, he was supposed to call me in antibiotics for a potential infection. Apparently he forgot and didn't check his messages the entire weekend, so I couldn't get them until that following Monday. This was completely unacceptable for me, and I ended up switching ENTs after this. I'm glad I did and I will not go back to see Dr. Mat."

"Went to Dr.Mat with an ear issue that had been going on for a while, I went to a few other MDs but never had any relief. Dr.Mat listened and put me on a protocol, taking into consideration my not so common adrenal issues, with the understanding that if it did not work I would need surgery. 2 weeks later and the protocol WORKED.Thank you Dr.Mat and staff; they all were very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this group for any ear, nose, throat issues!"
