"The staff is amazing, even through the culture differences. Dr Vernier was great with getting my daughter sent for testing and getting her the meds she needed. They worked well with my daughter and answered all questions. However staff should limit personal conversations to a minimum, you never know who speaks & understand Spanish."

"I'll start by saying I think that Dr. Vernier is a wonderful doctor. He saw my daughter in the hospital after her first seizure, sat down with us and answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable and thorough in his exams, and even gave us his phone number when her epilepsy was unstable and we needed frequent medication changes. However, the office staff is incompetent to the point of being dangerous for their patients care. They will never answer the phone and don't answer voicemails, their voicemail box is often full. My daughter had multiple seizures that could have been avoided if they had answered the phone when I had concerns, and I often had to drag my newborn baby into their office just to beg them to please send a medication refill to the pharmacy. They would schedule telehealth visits and the doctor would never show up. The last time my daughter saw this office was almost 2 years ago before we moved across the state. She had one telehealth appointment after we moved and they billed the wrong insurance for this visit. I have been trying to get them to bill the correct insurance for almost 2 years. I have called every single month when I receive a bill and left a voicemail, and I have been able to talk to someone 3 times in that timeframe. All 3 times they assure me that they have my new insurance on file and they will bill them, but yet again they bill the old insurance that was not active during that appointment. So if you guys ever see this review and would like to finally get paid, feel free to give me a call and we can fix the insurance problem lol"

"Dr. Vernier was very direct, informative and good with my child send him for tests and medication promptly. Doctor and office staff fast and efficient. So follow up to this review. I have yet to see this doctor again or get my child’s results he passed my child off to a RN who is advising me to go and obtain my results myself."

"If I could give negative stars I would nobody answers the phone or calls back after leaving hundreds of messages it's been 4 weeks they still have not sent my son's medications he has learning disabilities and needs his medication for school I have tried every day for the past 4 weeks and still no answers no call backs nothing It is very very frustrating I've only been able to get a hold of somebody one time and the first week and they said they would take care of it and yet nothing has been done I have called back everyday since then for 4 weeks and they don't do anything or answer their phone calls."

"Horrible experience, ARNP are clueless can bearly speak English. Unable to answer any of my questions. Dr. Only solution every time was to up the dosage on my sons medication, never a real solution or diagnosis. Office is hectic, they have more on their plate than they can handle. Just terrible I’ve been waiting over a month for a clearance for my sons surgery and I just get the run around. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business! I will be contacting the board of nursing soon because this whole place place is a joke, especially when it come with the supposedly “ARNP”. Stay away from this place!"
